We made candied chestnuts with inner skin (Shibukawa-ni) with chestnuts that were on the distillery, and Kyoto Whisky KURO-OBI.

The whiskey enhances the flavor of the “Shibukawa-ni”, giving it a bitter taste and a bittersweet finish.
