March 3rd is Hinamatsuri Festival, which is often translated as Girl’s Day or Doll’s Day in Japan.

Hinamatsuri Festival (Doll’s Festival) is an occasion to pray for young girls’ growth and happiness.

Today, we eat traditional dishes like Scattered sushi, rise cake, and sweet white sake, viewing peach flower.

Let us pray for a-year-long health drinking sweet white sake (or whisky)!
