When it comes to distillation at our factory, we use an equipment called Alembic.

The Alembic can provide purer distillates with layered flavour than other distillation equipment, however, production efficiency is not very good. This is why not many distilleries use this type of distillation system and we are quite rare.

Kyoto Miyako Distillery manufacture Kyoto Gin only with this Alembic. We are trying to extract the best and peak of all botanicals.
