We made “tiramisu-style” sweet using Kyoto Whisky MURASAKI-OBI. The rich and refreshing acidity of the cheese is mixed with a slightly bitter coffee syrup and whisky, resulting in an adult sweet.

We recommend soaking it generously with whisky.
