Kyoto Whisky has been highly acclaimed around the world, including being awarded Double Gold at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition (SFWSC).

ABOUT SFWSC
SFWSC (San Francisco World Spirits Competition), which was founded in 2000, is one of the biggest competitions featuring alcoholic beverages in the United States.
The competition is now known as one of the most prestigious in the world. The judges consist of experienced professionals from various fields, such as bartenders, chefs, hoteliers, and buyers, and the entries are evaluated through strict blind tastings.
There are four categories such as ‘Whisky’, ‘White spirits’, ‘Brandy’, and ‘Liqueur’. From each category, ‘Double Gold-‘, ‘Gold-‘, ‘Silver-‘, and ‘Bronze-‘ awards will be selected.

ABOUT IWSC
IWSC is a historical competition that has been held continuously since its establishment in 1969 by viticulturist and wine chemist Anton Massel.
The IWSC judge is made up of leading sommeliers, producers, spirits producers, beverage buyers and influencers from around the world.
More than 4,000 brands were entered this year.

NYWSC is one of the most prestigious competitions in the United States.
The world’s largest alcoholic beverage competition “SFWSC”(San Francisco World Spirits Competition), as well as “SFIWC”(San Francisco International Wine Competition) and “SWSC”(Singapore World Spirits Competition), the NYWSC consists of prominent tasting members, and the double gold, gold, silver and bronze awards are selected for each category.
Among them, Double Gold, which is the highest gold award, is an award given by all NYWSC judges, and it can be said that double gold award-winning products have been stamped with the seal of approval by professionals.

ABOUT USC
The USC (Ultimate Spirits Challenge) is a global distilled spirits competition based in New York.
It was founded and is chaired by F. Paul Pacult, a world-renowned authority in whisky criticism. The competition consists of a panel of whisky and spirits critics who serve as judges.
The evaluation takes place through blind tastings, where the products are assessed without knowledge of their brand names.

ABOUT Jim Murray
The evaluation results were announced in the British whisky magazine "Whisky Bible", which was published in 2003 and will be the 19th time this year.
Jim Murray, the editor of the paper and known as "the man who visited the distillery more than anyone else", will supervise and select the best product for each category.
More than 4,600 tasting notes are posted, and Jim Murray alone tastes and judges over 1,000 new whiskys gathered from all over the world every year.
As it is literally called "Whisky Bible", it is touted as "the most comprehensive, internationally influential, and thoroughly researched whisky bible in the world."

ABOUT WGA
The "World Gin Awards (WGA)," part of the international spirits competition "The World Drinks Awards" held annually in the UK, is the world's largest tasting event with over 1,000 gin brands from around the world exhibited.
At the "WGA," blind tasting assessments are conducted by experts and renowned specialists. The entries are divided into categories, and for each category, "Country Winner," "Gold Winner," "Silver Winner," and "Bronze Winner" are selected for each country.
The scale of the event continues to expand each year, and it has become a highly regarded tasting event globally.
