Fog is an important condition in making whisky.
Kyotamba-cho, where our distillery is located, has a lot of fog and is rich in greenery, which gives an advantage that humidity is easily maintained and the whiskey barrel is less likely to dry out.
In a dry environment, the liquid in the barrel tends to evaporate, and result in bringing an increase of Angel’s share.
