【How to add a scent to gin】
There are two main methods of adding botanical scents to base spirits.
One is called Steam Extraction Method.
The botanicals are stuffed into a metal basket which is placed at the head of the pot still while distillation to add a nice scent.
By doing this the taste of gin becomes light and clear.
The other is the soaking method, by adding botanicals directly to the spirits, leave to soak for several days, and then distilled.
This soaking method gives firm botanical scents to our gin.
